At Adepttech Infohub Private Limited, We strive to ensure your satisfaction every time you make a purchase from us. However, if you're not pleased with your order, you have the option to return the item and receive a full refund.
It's important to note that returned items must still be in good condition for resale, complete with all original tags, and in their original, unwashed, and undamaged packaging. To initiate the return process, please log in to your pearlwears Account.
Incorrect Order/Defective Merchandise
If you receive an incorrect item or encounter a defective product, pearlwears will provide a return label. Please notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery by emailing pearlwears with your order number and details of the issue. A return label will be issued following the verification of the problem. Do not return items via mail without proper authorization from pearlwears, as we retain the right to attribute defects to a product.
Eligibility For Return Of The Product
All returns must meet the following criteria:
Personal items such as headwear, socks, undergarments, swimwear, jewelry, and watches are not eligible for return.
Returns are not accepted for limited release/draw items.
The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
Notification of defects or incorrect shipments must be made within 2 business days of receiving the item.
All tags and accessories must be attached to the merchandise.
Refund
Refunds are typically processed within five to seven (5-7) business days after the completion of quality checks on the returned merchandise. The timeframe may vary based on your banking and payment methods. Once funds are transferred to your source account, refund requests cannot be altered. The refund process for debit card and credit card transactions is subject to the policies of the respective bank.
